Hello NC02,
The Banquette was a Blast and I really want to Thank all who attended. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side again, But I was determined to have it and there had been to many preparations already done to cancel again .There was enough food to feed an army and a great selection also. Again Thank you members. I hope everyone made it safely home! Thank you Jody Taylor and Len for your exquisite show room you offered to hold this event and to the Whole Taylor team for your preparations. Thank you Debora Brooks for all your help and having the pleasant conversations with my pal Sandra Chadbourne. Thank you William & Gina Rollins, Ricky Connell and Pat Cheek , Scott Harper and Seth, Kim Dunlap and Joshua Smith too. There were many family members that came and it was pleasant to meet them too. Feeeewwwwww , that one done and gone, now to work on 2010.
Kim has presented a candle catalog that should help as a fund raiser and we are going to try to get the proceeds turned in on the March 20th show. If any are interested let Kim or Josh know, I am going to see if he can post it on the web page for those who do not have access to the book.
There was also mention of a raffle for a Rifle or Shot Gun, and I think that may be a good Idea. Any more that come to mind let me know. Our Awards can only be as good as your effort and mine put into it.
We have 9 shows total so far and I am still working on some other Ideas. Watch the show schedule page.
Also, we are going to have some new members and we will be loosing some. Welcome the new ones and I hope those who go achieve there goals.
